PRINCIPAL
Mariko Tominaga is the founder of SEED Design. She is a professional licensed landscape architect in Colorado with over 13 years of experience in designing public and residential projects. Mariko is an accomplished designer and brings her Japanese aesthetics to our regional landscape. She is highly skilled at responding to clients’ needs and delivering meaningful spaces that are deeply rooted to the site.
Prior to starting SEED Design, Mariko was employed at Wenk Associates in Denver, HM White Site Architects in New York, and Soken Engineering consultant in Tokyo, Japan. She received a Master of Landscape Architecture Degree at University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor Degree in Housing Architecture from Japan Women’s University in Tokyo. She enjoys being outside exploring nature and loves staying active in urban community settings.
